What is the Easy Cancel feature for AirAsia flights?
Easy Cancel lets travellers cancel flights for any reason. It applies to bookings made on the AirAsia MOVE platform. Refunds depend on the coverage chosen, either 80% or 100%. The Easy Cancel service fee is not refundable.

How are hotel booking confirmations received?
After payment, two emails will be sent: one for the hotel and one for the flight. Confirmations are sent to the registered email address. You can also check bookings in the Purchases section online. If the email is missing, bookings can still be retrieved manually.
Can children book or stay at hotels alone?
Children under 18 cannot stay alone and must be with an adult. Flight bookings for children under 12 also need an adult companion. Some hotels may not accept bookings with children. If that’s the case, those hotels will not show up in search results.
